Let us help!  Sometimes it's not as bad as it seems and then again sometimes it's worse than we thought.  In cases where there are old collections, no new credit, or just mistakes on the report we can usually help.  If it's beyond our expertise we can introduce you to a couple of agencies that can help you for a nominal fee.  These companies have to charge a fee or they would go out of business.  We do not receive any compensation from these companies.   We offer our services for free because we know that once your credit scores increase to a point where you can get financing you will buy a house with us and we are paid by the seller.

USDA announced yesterday that they will be reducing the up-front funding fee from 3.5% back to 2% but will also be adding a monthly MI of .03%.

USDA Guaranteed & Direct
The USDA Guaranteed is a program that guarantees loans thought qualified lenders.  The USDA Direct program goes directly though the USDA no lenders are involved.  Both programs are based on the size of the household and the total income in the household.
